FALL GEORGIA PRELICENSE SESSION BEGINS AUGUST 12, 2025!

WHEN WE MEET:

This is a 12-week course meeting two evenings a week, plus one full Saturday

  • Each session is 4 hours long with a 20 minute break in between
  • Evening sessions meet from 6:00pm to 10:00pm
  • Saturday session meets 8:30am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 5:30pm

LOCATION

  • All classes will be held LIVE but virtually via Zoom
    • Convenient and simple – no rushing to class in the evening or driving home late at night afterward.
    • We have lots of cool technology and systems integrated to make the virtual experience as engaging and interesting as a live, in-person class so please don’t let this deter you from joining us!
    • If you are afraid of the livestream format and unfamiliar with Zoom, please contact us and we’ll be happy to give you a live demonstration of what you can expect. We hope you will be pleasantly surprised by it!
  • Please note: Final Exam will be administered LIVE, IN-PERSON at the Golden Isles Assoc. of REALTOR® located at 1801 Gloucester Street, Brunswick, Georgia 31520
    • Plan accordingly!!!
  • Remote classroom follow similar requirements for attendance as regular classroom rules  (See Below)

TUITION

  • Regular tuition: $525.00 (Early Bird tuition of $495.00 effective until 06/30/25)
  • Includes textbook, all class resources/supplements, and the FULL WEEKEND CRAM SESSION (non-REPC students are charged $79 to join)
  • Tuition is non-refundable once session has begun (including orientation). A registered student may withdraw his/her registration with written notice to School no later than one day PRIOR to the start of session and receive a full refund.

YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Your instructor for this course is Midi Shaw – teaching real estate prelicense, brokers, continuing education and professional development courses since 2006. Knowledgable and realistic about the industry with a no-nonsense, hands-on approach, she makes her classes as relevant, interesting and entertaining as possible for an all-around exceptional learning experience.

Midi is the Director of Real Estate Performance Center and works closely with the Golden Isles Association of REALTORS®, partnering with them to provide CE classes as well as other training sessions for members. She is also affiliated with Capitus Learning (a subsidiary of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS®) as one of their Brokers Course instructors.
