TIMES

• Each session is 4 hours long with a 20 minute break in between
• Evening sessions meet from 6:00pm to 10:00pm
• Saturday sessions meet 8:30am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 5:30pm

LOCATION

• All classes will be held LIVE but virtually via Zoom
  • Convenient and simple – no rushing to class in the evening or driving home late at night afterward.
  • We have lots of cool technology and systems integrated to make the virtual experience as engaging and interesting as a live, in-person class so please don’t let this deter you from joining us!
• Please note: Final Exam will be administered LIVE, IN-PERSON at the Golden Isles Assoc. of REALTOR® located at 1801 Gloucester Street, Brunswick, Georgia 31520
  • Plan accordingly!!!
• Remote classroom follow similar requirements for attendance as regular classroom rules  (See Below)

TUITION

• Regular tuition: $525.00 (Early Bird tuition of $495.00 effective until 07/07/23)
• Includes textbook, all class resources/supplements, and the FULL WEEKEND CRAM SESSION
• Tuition is non-refundable once session has begun (including orientation). A registered student may withdraw his/her registration with written notice to School no later than one day PRIOR to the start of session and receive a full refund.
• Any student repeating the course or transferring to this session from a prior one must purchase the newest edition of the Real Estate Dynamics Textbook that came out this year ($65)

REQUIREMENTS

• As this is a live virtual class, all students must have a device OTHER THAN THEIR PHONES with which to attend classes
  • All devices must have a working camera & mic
  • Students must be visible to the instructor at all times with mic active for participation
  • Students must download the ZOOM app on their laptop/desktop/tablet and be familiar with features and functions of ZOOM prior to the start of class

• There are other components to the class which will require students to access the classroom website, download, markup, and/or upload PDF files (which is an essential part of doing real estate), work with various online and mobile applications as part of the learning process
• Student must attend each session from a closed, STATIONARY environment with no visual or noise distractions in the background
  • Any student who moves about or otherwise creates visual or noise distractions to other students will be ejected from the classroom
  • Any student trying to attend class from a moving vehicle (whether or not they are driving) will be ejected from the classroom and once ejected, Zoom will not allow student to re-enter.
